We use Dojo to collect and process transaction information. Please read the Dojo Policy at Dojo.tech

If the driver arrives and you are unavailable, your order will be charged at full cost.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check their order before leaving the premises or within half an hour of receiving a delivery. Any complaints raised of missing items will not be refunded once the customer has left the premises or 30 minutes have passed.
